The Temple of Hercules is a historic site in the Amman Citadel in Amman, Jordan. It is thought to be the most significant Roman structure in the Amman Citadel. According to an inscription the temple was built when Geminius Marcianus was governor of the Province of Arabia, in the same period as the Roman theater in Amman.

Built in the name of Ioannes, one of the apostles, St. Three of the feet belonging to the St. Jean Church are in good condition. The height, thickness of the piers and their connection to the arches give the impression that it was a magnificent structure.

The Nuraghe La Prisgiona is a large Nuragic archaeological site dating back to the 2nd millennium BC, and consisting in a nuraghe and a village of around 90-100 buildings. It is located near Arzachena in Gallura, in the northeast of Sardinia.

The Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates is recorded in the historical sources on cyprus as one of the most important sanctuaries on the island. Strabo wrote about a cape, to the west of the city of Kourion, from where those who touched the Sacred Altar of Apollo were fling into the sea. Many inscriptions found on the spotted the city confirm the historical sources.

The earliest traces of human activity at the site of Nisa date back to the 4th-2nd millennia BC. In the 1st millennium BC. a fairly large settled settlement already existed According to legend, during the time of Darius Hystaspes (VI century BC), the settlement became a border fortress, which blocked the path of warlike nomads invading from the north.

Ancient Temple of Apollon in Didyma, Turkey
Altars in one of the rooms of the ancient megalithic temple of Gigantija, Xaghra, Gozo, Malta.  It is believed that animal sacrifices were made here due to the number of bones found at the site.
It is thought that construction of the stadium began in the second half of the first century AD and has a capacity to seat approximately 12,000 people. Antalya, Turkey.
