Chureito Pagoda was built in 1963, located nearby Mount fuji, with beautiful winter sceneries, and surrounding zen outdoor parks, and other smaller shrines, this pagoda is located on a hill top with hundreds of steps for tourists to climb on.  Many people visit this pagoda during Sakura spring season to see the sakura blooming with Mount Fuji at the distant background.

Fuji and Five-story Pagoda called Churei-to in cherry blossom season, taken at Arakurayama Sengen Park, located in Fuji-yoshida city, Yamanashi Prefecture. The park is open to the public free of charge.\nThe pagoda was constructed in 1959 to commemorate those who died in the World War II.\nYou have to go up 398 steps to the pagoda from the foot of the hill, where Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine is located.\nArakura Fuji Sengen Shrine was erected in 705, and is one of about 1,300 Sengen shrines which were erected in honor of the deity of Mt. Fuji. This place is very popular among tourists from both Japan and overseas for its wonderful view, combining typical Japanese symbols of Mt. Fuji, Pagoda and cherry blossom.

Kumamoto Castle, built by Kato Kiyomasa, is located in Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture. It sustained serious damage in the 2016 earthquake, but the castle tower has been fully restored. Other facilities within the castle are also steadily being restored.
