Cross Island is an uninhabited island located in the Mumbai harbour of Maharashtra. The Cross island lies exactly between the coast at Dockyard road and Elephanta island. The Cross island is host to an oil refinery and several large gashholders.

$This well-preserved Hellcat aircraft wreck stands out as one of the Solomon Islands' most easily reachable airplane wrecks. Resting upright and complete, it lies in a mere 9 meters of crystal-clear water. The Grumman F6F Hellcat, designed as a carrier-based fighter to supplant the earlier F4F Wildcat, rose to prominence as the Navy's dominant fighter in the latter stages of World War II, a status it never relinquished.\n\nRenowned for its robust and efficient carrier-based design, the Hellcat effectively countered the Mitsubishi A6M Zero, playing a pivotal role in securing air superiority over the Pacific. Its straightforward, highly effective design remained relatively unaltered throughout the war, with over 12,200 units produced in just over two years.\n\nThe wreck rests upon a bed of fragmented coral, surrounded by delicate branching coral formations, ensuring minimal silt disturbance and excellent underwater visibility. Undoubtedly, it ranks among the most easily accessible airplane wrecks in the Solomon Islands.$

Blessed by nature, Long Son has abundant seafood resources and is considered the province's seafood basket. Long Son rafting village is located next to Long Son island where two rivers Cha Va and Dinh river flow through. People built rafts to raise seafood on the river, thereby forming a fishing village on the river. Seafood farming has fed generations of villagers. In the cages, many types of seafood are raised, but the most famous are oysters, blood cockles, and fish in cages. These types of seafood bring high economic value to people and also because of the climate of the water source, oysters raised here are very large, fat and have high yields.

I took a photo of the current state (as of August 2023) of the Osaka Expo site from the summit of Mount Rokko in Kobe, Japan. The construction has been significantly delayed beyond the original schedule, which makes me worry if the Expo can be held as planned.
