Pyramids of Giza, Egypt - July 26, 2022: All three of Giza's pyramids and their elaborate burial complexes were built  from roughly 2550 to 2490 B.C. The pyramids were built by Pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. In 1979 the Pyramids of Giza became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Furthermore, the pyramids are also included on the list of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Pyramids of Giza, three 4th-dynasty (c. 2575–c. 2465 bce) pyramids erected on a rocky plateau on the west bank of the Nile River near Al-Jīzah (Giza) in northern Egypt. In ancient times they were included among the Seven Wonders of the World.
