This is historic Haworth, Yorkshire, England, UK, home of the Bronte sisters.  The village is bedecked in bunting and union flags as it celebrates the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. Lamb & Flag dates from the early 18th century, having become a pub in at least 1772 (although back then it was called The Coopers Arms, changing to Lamb & Flag in 1833). In the upper area, bare-knuckle prize fights took place so the pub was nicknamed 'the bucket of blood'. The pub was often visited by writer Charles Dickens frequented the pub in the 1800s and was resurfaced with brick in 1958.
