York UK 20th July 2023 \n\n\nSt Williams College. Now the York Minster Conference and Banqueting Centre. This beautiful timbered building was built in 1461 located in the historic English town of York taken on a sunny day. People and tourists walking past and some relaxing in front of building.
Timber-framed farmhouses such as this were built by rich Yeoman farmers between the 14th and 16th centuries, which equates to late medieval and Tudor eras. This particular building on Doric Avenue has served recently as a pub and an Indian and Turkish restaurant.
