The Imperial Ancestral Temple is a place where the royal family worshiped their ancestors in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is located in the center of Beijing next to the Forbidden City. After 1949, it was renamed the Working People's Cultural Palace. It is now one of the models of traditional Chinese architecture and has high research value.
