This Powwow was celebrated in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada on 10 March, 2018. The Squamish Nation's 30th Annual Powwow is a gathering of First Nations communities to honour their culture, share, respect, dance and drum. Their heritage is respected by all ages. This is a display of the elaborate regalia. Two RCMP are in attendance.

This Powwow took place in Chilliwack, British Columbia on July 29 2017. The powwow is an enthusiastic gathering of First Nations communities, honouring their culture, displaying their regalia,  beating of their drums and dancing.
Though they can be quite variable, most Swainson's Hawks are light-bellied birds with a dark or reddish-brown chest and brown or gray upperparts. They have distinctive underwings with white wing linings that contrast strongly with blackish flight feathers. Most males have gray heads; females tend to have brown heads.
