Bogotá, Colombia - July 20, 2016: Traffic seen driving uphill through the narrow streets of the historical La Candelaria district of Bogotá, the Andean capital city of the South American country of Colombia. Many of the walls in this area are painted with street art, legends of the pre Colombian era, or just in the vibrant colours of Latin America. The sky is overcast: it will probably rain shortly.
