This Udayan building was built in Indian architectural style in Uttarayan campus of Satiniketan, Bolpur. Rathindra Tagore, the son of noble laureate poet Rabindra Nath Tagore take a vital role to made this beautiful house surrounded by nature, under the supervision of the eminent architect Surendra Nath Kar. The construction work went till the year 1938. Japanese artist Kono Shuson decorated this house. Poet Rabindra Nath was spent a long time in this house.

An old building in Mumbai doesn’t inspire much comfort to westerners as a nursing home, but that is what it is.  Located on Maskati Corner, it is old and run down from a western point of view.  Meanwhile, a new building is being erected across the street behind this Comfort Clinic Nursing Home.
