The normal liver cells or hepatocytes contain lipid droplets, more frequent near the central vein of hepatic lobules, that can be demonstrated using osmium tetroxide as fixative. In steatosis or fatty liver disease, the amount of lipid droplets is pathologically very increased.
A chordoma is a rare type of cancerous tumor that can occur anywhere along the spine, from the base of the skull to the tailbone. Chordomas grow slowly, gradually extending into the bone and soft tissue around them. They often recur after treatment, and in about 40 percent of cases the cancer spreads (metastasizes) to other areas of the body, such as the lungs. Approximately half of all chordomas occur at the base of the spine (sacrum), about one third occur in the base of the skull (occiput), and the rest occur in the cervical (neck), thoracic (upper back), or lumbar (lower back) vertebrae of the spine.

Photomicrograph of two rotifers. Rapidly rotating cilia at top of heads, internal organs visible. Live specimen. Wet mount, 10X objective, transmitted brightfield illumination.
The human skeleton is the structural framework of the body, providing support, protection for internal organs, and allowing for movement. It is composed of bones, joints, and cartilage.
Squash preparation of plant cells stained to reveal chromosomes, various stages of mitosis are visible. Bright field illumination, light microscopy. This image was taken with the X40 objective lens. Depth of focus is extremely low at this magnification. Smaller apertures give greater depth of focus, but image quality deteriorates and resolution is greatly reduced. The aperture in this image was optimised for contrast and resolution. Chromatic aberration is inevitable in light microscopy, but has been kept to a minimum in this image.

Futuristic monitor of Pulmonary Edema is a condition caused by abnormal fluid in the alveoli. Resulting in patients with difficulty breathing or lack of breath due to lack of oxygen
The human skull is a bony structure, the head in the skeleton, which supports the structures of the face and forms a cavity for the brain.
Metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: Metastatic pancreatic cancer is cancer that starts in the pancreas and spreads to other organs, most commonly within the abdomen and to the liver, lungs, bones and brain. No matter where it spreads in the body, it is still considered pancreatic cancer.
