The normal liver cells or hepatocytes contain lipid droplets, more frequent near the central vein of hepatic lobules, that can be demonstrated using osmium tetroxide as fixative. In steatosis or fatty liver disease, the amount of lipid droplets is pathologically very increased.
I painted acrylic colors on white paper and I folded the paper together similar to the rorschach inkblot method that create the texture of mixed acrylic colors.

This is most probably benign Bosniak 2-2F. No suspicious renal mass, stone or hydronephrosis.  The unopacified renal collection system appears grossly normal.
