The Sint-Rochuskapel chapel in the hamlet of Kamp between Aijen and Well. The chapel founded in 1715 by Derck Daemen. The chapel was badly damaged in 1945, but rebuilt in 1959. The chapel has a three-sided closed choir and a gable roof on which a roof turret is located. In it hangs a bell that was cast by Peter Fuchs in 1722. In the chapel there is a wooden gallery with a railing. This one is in the late Louis XVI style. A Baroque altar (around 1700) and a statue of Saint Roch from the 17th century come from the church of Schin op Geul.

The old Northern State Hospital ruins, now part of the Northern State Recreation Area just north of Seattle. Opened in 1912 the hospital once housed the most mentally ill patients in the state. The grounds also encompassed a 700 acre full function farm, it was officially closed in 1973. In 1991 Skagit County purchased the land and transformed it into a recreation area for the public.

The origins of the Nauru Church date back to 1887, when its pioneer missionary, Timoteo Tabwia, arrived on the island. Congregationalism is a Protestant movement within the Calvinist tradition that occupies a theological position between Presbyterianism on one end and the Baptists and Quakers on the other.
