Norfolk, Virginia, USA - May 30, 2023: The USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) aircraft carrier docked at Naval Station Norfolk while in port.
Every morning at 8am the Australian flag is unfurled in a ceremony on the flight deck of HMAS Canberra, one of two Canberra Class amphibious assault ships of the Royal Australian Navy.  She is docked at Garden Island, Sydney Harbour. Having unfurled the flag, the sailor steps back, stands at attention and salutes the flag.
