The picture shows the World War II Memorial located in Washington D.C., USA. It's a sunny day with a clear blue sky. The memorial consists of a circular arrangement of pillars, each representing a U.S. state or territory at the time of World War II. In the center, there are two large arches, and in the foreground, there's a broad stone pavement with a few steps leading up to the memorial. The Washington Monument, a tall and narrow obelisk, is visible in the background, centered behind the memorial. Several American flags are displayed around the circumference of the memorial, gently waving in what appears to be a light breeze. There are a few visitors scattered around the scene, some walking and others sitting by the pillars. The trees around the memorial are mostly bare, suggesting it might be either late fall or early spring.

Picture of the main monument of Ritopek, Serbia. The monument and memorial ossuary in Ritopek, a populated place on the territory of the city municipality of Grocka, was erected in 1946 to the fallen Red Army and NOV fighters in the battles for Belgrade. They represent an immovable cultural asset as a cultural monument. The project of the monument was made by the architect Momilo Belobrk, and the reliefs by the architect Branko Krsti. It was conceived as a dominating vertical, 12 m high, symbolizing the 12 days of the struggle for the liberation of Belgrade, on an elevation next to the Danube, so that it could be viewed from a greater distance.
