The Blas de Lezo (F-103) is a frigate of the Spanish Navy from the Álvaro de Bazán class, launched at the Izar shipyards in Ferrol and active since December 2004. It was named in honor of Blas de Lezo, an 18th-century lieutenant general and hero of Cartagena de Indias.
