A New Zealand endemic bird, the Rock Wren, perched on a branch. The bird is small with olive-green plumage on its back and wings, and a pale greyish-white throat and belly. The bird's legs and feet are strong, adapted for hopping among rocks and alpine terrain. The surrounding foliage adds a natural, serene ambience to the scene.
