Viburnum dilatatum, commonly called linden viburnum because its leaves resemble those of the linden tree, is native to East Asia, including Japan. The young shoots used to be blanched and eaten as a vegetable.\n\nThis Picture is made on the IJsselmeer Coast, Noordoostpolder (The Netherlands).\nThe Species is not common along our Coasts.
