Buenos Aires, Argentina - People at the Plaza San Martin Square in Buenos Aires city. Plaza San Martín - San Martín Square - Plaza General San Martín (Buenos Aires) is the main green space in the Retiro neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Inaugurated in 1862 where a bullring had previously existed, it was declared a National Historic Site in 1942.
