The picture shows a large, neoclassical-style building with a grand entrance that includes a flight of stairs leading up to a set of doors at the center. Above the doors is an engraved emblem with an eagle. The building is symmetrical with two long wings extending from either side of the central entrance. The structure has a flat roof with a series of rectangular windows evenly spaced along the facade. At the top center of the building, above the entrance, is an American flag waving in the breeze. The sky is clear and blue, and there is a crane in the background to the right, suggesting some construction work nearby.
