County Down Coast. Lighthouse
A Union Flag (sometimes known as the Union Jack, the flag of the United Kingdom), flies in a property on the coast of South Wales.  The coast in the distance is England.   This estuary is extremely dangerous for skippers who dont know it and many ships have come to grief; it has one of the biggest dialy tidal rises and falls in the world.

Pellworm, Germany - October 08, 2022: The Pellworm lighthouse behind thatched roof captain's houses under a blue sky. The lighthouse was completed in May 1907 after a year of construction. The height of the tower is 41.5 meters. It stands on a pile foundation consisting of 127 oak piles. The piles were driven into the ground to a depth of 14 meters to distribute the massive weight of 130 tons of cast steel.
