New Delhi, India - Feb19, 2023: The Indian parliament in New Delhi is considered one of the finest government buildings. The building was built in 1919 and designed by architect Edwyn Lutyens, and, like all government buildings in the country, it is well maintained and surrounded by beautiful gardens with a lake. The Parliament of India, also called the Sansad, is the highest legislative body in the country. The word Sansad in Sanskrit language means home. It is in New Delhi, next to the president's home, the Rashtrapati Bhawan Palace.\nAs it was not possible to visit, I only have this photo from afar.
