The red flour beetle (Tribolium castaneum) is a species of beetle in the family Tenebrionidae, the darkling beetles. It is a worldwide pest of stored products, particularly food grains, and a model organism for ethological and food safety. Osmanthus fragrans, native to Asia (Japan, China and Himalayas), and commonly called fragrant olive, sweet olive or sweet tea, produces clusters of flowers that have an extremely powerful apricot fragrance. It is a small, upright, evergreen tree that will grow to 3-10 meters tall. Tiny white, orange, gold or reddish flowers, depending on species, appear in clusters in late summer through into fall.
