Bonaire, Dutch Antilles -- November 26, 2022: Former slave huts on the Caribbean island of Bonaire. These little coral stone huts were built in 1850 to house slaves that worked in the salt mines. The small two-person huts have no windows and small doors. Slavery was abolished on Bonaire in 1863.
