Phnom Penh, Cambodia - June 23, 2007: A wooden sign marks the site of a mass grave of victims of the Khmer Rouge, killed between 1975 and 1979, at Choeung Ek, located about 17 kilometers south of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Choeung Ek is the most visited of the sites known as The Killing Fields; many of the 8,895 people killed here were political prisoners kept by the Khmer Rouge in their Tuol Sleng detention center in Phnom Penh.
