Monument to Rakoczi at the Hungarian Parliament in Budapest. Francis II Rakoczi  was a Hungarian nobleman and leader of the Hungarian uprising against the Habsburgs in 1703-11 as the prince of the Estates Confederated for Liberty of the Kingdom of Hungary.
The Budapest Parliament is Hungary's most iconic building. It is currently the world's third largest parliament building (after the Romanian and Argentinian Parliaments); it has 691 rooms and measures 268 metres long by 118 wide, and its cupola reaches 96 metres in height.

The sculpture by Thomas Ball was commissioned in 1859, modeled in 1864, and cast and dedicated in 1869. The bronze statue measures approximately 22 x 6 x 15 ft, and rests on a granite base. Blenheim Palace is a monumental stately home situated in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England. It is the seat of the Dukes of Marlborough. The palace, one of England's largest houses, was built between 1705 and circa 1724. UNESCO recognised the palace as a World Heritage Site in 1987.

London Financial district on a foggy day in November 2022. The inscription on the statue reads;\nOn 19th July 1838 the Court of Common Council of the City of London agreed to a contribution of £500 toward the cost of the above statue of the Duke of Wellington in appreciation of his efforts in assisting the passage of the London Bridge Approaches Act 1827. This Act led to the creation of King William Street. The government donated the metal, which is bronze from captured enemy cannon melted down after the Battle of Waterloo, and valued at the time at £1500. The total cost of the statue was £9000. The remainder being raised by public subscription.\nThe sculptor, Sir Francis Chantrey (1781 to 1841), was commissioned in 1838 but died before the work was completed. It was finished by his assistant Henry Weekes (1807 to 1877).\nThe Lord Mayor, William Magnay, unveiled the statue on 18th June 1844, the anniversary of Waterloo, in the presence of his guest the King of Saxony.
