The Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx are one of the most famous, ancient and haunting monuments of mankind. It is the only one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world that still stands, it consists of 3 pyramids of different sizes, that of Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure. He was interred here, but his uncle, Ramesses VI, later reused the tomb as his own.\n\nThe tomb has some of the most diverse decoration in the Valley of the Kings.
