A religious sculpture on the facade of Como Cathedral. Building on this cathedral began in 1396 with architect Lorenzo degli Spazzi from Laino supervising. The church facade was built in the later part of the 15th century and was concluded in 1770.
Villagers at Bassac, southern Laos, watching boat-racing on the Mekong. Bassac is the old name for the village known today as Champasak. The original artwork is a colour lithograph based on a sketch by Louis Delaporte, appearing in the Album Pittoresque, Paris, 1873.
