Varanasi - Ottobre 31,2016:  A long-bearded sadhu, or holy man sitting on the streets of Varanasi. This is one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world and also the holiest of the seven sacred cities in Hinduism and Jainism and so the most important pilgrimage place for hindus. Many ascetics in Varanasi like the one in the picture stay in visible places in the ghats decorated with images of the hindu gods to attract the attention and donations of pilgrims and tourists.
