The first of 3 glacial lakes found on the Blue Lakes trail just outside of Ridgway Colorado. This first lake is a crystal glacial lake of the most beautiful blue that can only truly be appreciated by climbing the trail above it to get a full view. Surrounded by mountain views, meadows, flowing creeks. The area is known for the wildflowers and mushrooms found all over in a rare display.
