Choisya ternata, or Mexican Orange is known for the quantity and fragrance of its flowers. It is native to the USA and Mexico but grows very well in the UK. The flowers have developed far enough for them to become bright white rather than the yellow-white when they are buds. Well focussed with stamens and stigmas clearly visible.

$Pyracantha is a genus of thorny evergreen large shrubs in the family Rosaceae, with common names Firethorn or Pyracantha. They are native to an area extending from Southeast Europe east to Southeast Asia, resemble and are related to Cotoneaster, but have serrated leaf margins and numerous thorns (Cotoneaster is thornless).\nPyracanthas are valuable ornamental plants, grown in gardens for their decorative flowers and fruit, often very densely borne. Sedum palmeri (common name: Palmer's sedum, Palmer's stonecrop) is an attractive evergreen, perennial subshrub with rosettes of thick green leaves at the ends of flexible stems.
