1. WOULD PRINTING SERVICE STAFF’S NAME ON RECEIPT IMPROVE SERVICE STANDARDS; SALES; PROFITS; YOUR SALARY INCREMENT
2. LOWER PRICE OF CHOCOLATES TO PER 100G VERSUS PER KG TO MAX SALES; PROFITS; SALARY INCREMENT
Dear Mr. Moir,
I wish you well. Please see photos enclosed.
1. Printing service staff’s name on receipt was implemented by the supermarkets, DAISO and many other businesses. There are more pros and cons to this that can be analysed by your marketing professors and business analysts. Additionally the costs of printing the staff name on the receipt is marginal compared to the morale boost to improve the service standards that will maximise sales; increase profits; up your salary increment; bonus and growth in share prices.
2. On a separate note, would it be possible to display the price on the price tag of the chocolates correlated to per 100g than per kg. If you price at a steep price upfront, it will immediately deter customers straight away. Imagine that you are a customer, would you give further thought to buying the chocolate on a ~$27 (normal font size) per 100g (small font size) or ~$265 per kg price tag? With a lowest price listed, it will draw the customer to take a further look and more time will be spent considering on other selling aspects of the chocolate. retail technology transportation signs foodanddrinks |
