As far as I know it's brand new (although no later than 2014 model year), is the first Charger used by WCSO, and is the first and only to feature a black design. I was lucky enough to capture it both in the parking lot and driving (although no emergency lights yet). Definitely a change from the white and green Crown Vics with big blue lights. No word on what role it's for yet. I couldn't pull any unit numbers to reference to their later vehicles to pin an approximate date either. Traffic enforcement comes to mind first, but could also be worth noting that, to my knowledge, WCSO only maintains one Tahoe, one Ford Police Utility and now one Charger, almost giving me the impression that they're doing a pilot program similar to what Seattle did until late last year.
