| Keywords: I wish for future or possibly current tram or bus maps at the stops, there could be a directional arrow sticker (yellow arrow on picture) along the tram lines on the maps. This helps the passengers to NARROW down their scope of searching for their destination. E.g. Looking at the map, there is a "You Are Here" sticker, but i do not IMMEDIATELY know if the tram is going upwards from the point of the "You Are Here" sticker or going downwards. What is the cost of engaging a few minimum wage staff to stick stickers on all tram or bus stops versus the productivity beneficial values of Australians and other citizens of the world? Are the key performance indicators of the decision makers in the Transportation Company measured with those increased in productivity values of the common people or are they measured in customer service? >> Neither. Interesting politically correct statements may be spoken by decision makers to reject the implementation of this idea and this allow other competing and developing countries to utilise this idea to improve the productivity of their own countries and add pressure to the children and future generations of those decision makers.
