Keywords: Looks like some folks back in the 1800s thought it would be cool to carve their names right over some ancient petroglyphs on the rock walls. I know it looks rather disrespectful to us in our modern culture, but I'm pretty sure the people at the time didn't see it that way. They probably just saw ancient carvings on lots of rock faces and agreed that it was a good place for making a mark. Located close to the Fort Pierce Ruins |
