It's a crumbly Lancashire with apple flakes rolled in cinammon, and it would have been rude not to get a tasting slice. It was gorgeous. :) Whilst in there, what should scream at me from the counter but Uncle Pete's creamy fudge. It got photographed. But interestingly enough, not bought.
