This is perhaps testimony to its strong construction. I pass this building every day on my way to work, and I've been meaning to photograph it for a while. I guess it's the sort of thing that estate agents describe as 'an ideal investment opportunity' and 'in need of some refurbishment'. I'm sure that with a lot of TLC it could be great again, and I hope someone feels able to take it on. Too many properties like this have been lost already.
