For us in work, that's drain problems. We're often expecting a lot more from our school buildings than they were ever designed for. For instance, when our school was built the idea of having even one computer in the school would have been a ridiculous notion. Now we've got about 500, and that's why we had to build a new electrical substation! The requirements for drains though seemingly haven't changed. The capacity of the building hasn't really changed in terms of population, so I wonder if they were never really up to spec. Ah well, I guess we'll be putting up with nasty niffs for a while yet.
