The Tudor Towers bathhouse (built 1906-1907) can be seen in the distance. A girl pushing a pram and a young child are in the gardens just inside the entranceway. Photograph taken by William A Price, sometime after the bathhouse was completed in 1907, and before or after Nov 1908 when a dated photograph shows the entrance way had decorated palings on either side with carved Maori figures on the posts.
