As far as I can tell (corrections and additions welcome) this reads: "28.4.15 Just received Lil's letter (25th). Don't worry if you do not hear am writing every other day so hope you have had all letters and cards. Tod almost well again Sister has now got flue 2 days but not bad so I have both on my hands for meals, hot water & hot bottles seem endless but am alright myself but sick of the hospital no news so new plans yet. Have had visit of Taube [see comments] today plenty of noise just saw him in distance a fly with clouds of tiny puff. Such lovely day had a walk on sands alone.
