Think this is very much not the usual Boys' Brigade, but rather Father Matthew Boys' Brigade - given the pikes, etc. Thanks to ofarrl for helping to establish an exact date for this event. See the comments below... Also good to see London & North Western Railway Co. in the background, as we've been there before too...
