A pregnant woman could almost reach the exit door, but are obstructed by this trolley. Other selfish human beings fearing for their lives, push the pregnant woman down, trampled over her and others to run towards the exit door. A blockage of trolley, rubbish bins, and dead bodies may occur at the exit door. Countless people are injured and/or died unnecessarily which would result in company's cost in replacing the worker, retraining new worker, loss of job specific knowledge, lost productivity, reputation damage, etc (more factors could be included by scholars and professors) CEO would be at the higher building floor level and at the back of the crowd blocked by the dead bodies piling at the blockage of the fire exit. What are the cost of the CEO and managements' lives? This is not a one off observation. I have observed this on numerous occasions and had wonder if i should escalate to Human Resource on this. The normal average person's response would be to ignore this observation for the sake of job security, fear of ridicule, and reasons such as why bother to waste time and effort on things that does not benefit yourself monetarily.
