Most people from the westernised culture find it nauseating to have the rubbish bin pushed around them and the leftovers from others and their own plates cleared right in front of them. Location: Streats Food Village @ Changi Airport Singapore. I hope that we could revamp the current leftover clearing system by simply changing the trolley into a multi-tiered trolley which holds up to 10+ trays of empty bowls and plates. The 3 sides of the trolley would be covered and not accessible leaving one side of the trolley to place or remove the trays. Thus eliminating the negative aspect of watching leftovers cleared in front of you; the trolley will deliver the trays back to the clearing point to be emptied. The clearing time in the proposed new method and the current system is the same if not quicker as seats are free up earlier.
