Irwin Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, comprehensive adult medical care (same day and Routine appointments), minor surgeries, Graded Exercise Treadmill (GET) testing, Pulmonary Function Studies, optometry, Flight Medicine, Immunization and Allergy Clinic services, Pharmacy Tricare/Managed Care and Population Health services and resources. The MEWC also provides School and Sport Physicals as well as Active Duty (AD) Retirement, School, and Commission Nominee Physicals to the community. The facility is proudly named after Dr. Mary E. Walker, a graduate of the Syracuse Medical College who went on to win the Congressional Medal of Honor for her work as a surgeon and healer during the American Civil War.
