Complaint: I wish that the price tags in the holder of the top tier part of the shelf is not incline upwards. Reason: You must understand that the average height of the shoppers is around 1.65m. (Think about those grannies.) It is difficult to view the price tag on the top shelf tier that face upwards away from the shopper rather than downwards towards the shopper. Compliment: The design is fantastic and shows that Coles value shoppers' convenience. Action: I understand that it does not make business sense to tear down what was already installed and people would come up with heaps of politically correct reasons not to do something such as it is the same price for the same products (you spend money to hire a designer to come up with a shelf design for one type of products?). I hope Coles and the designers from other Supermarkets of Australia, Singapore and the rest of the world could consider this observation for the design of her future shelves. This would be much appreciated. I apologise for my English as i am not a native English Speaker.
