Most of them are portraits of nuns, but there are two that show the exterior of buildings. From one named portrait of a priest I thought that these may all be connected to the Dominican Sisters of St Catherine of Siena at Stone, Staffordshire. See www.stonedominicans.org/about.html. But after sending them an email they confirmed that they were not. But at the same time they had spotted a vital clue and made another suggestion. The rope on at least one of the nuns is knotted, meaning she was Franciscan not Dominican. Their suggestion was that it could be Poor Clares, Woodchester as Father Wilberforce was also connected to there. A quick Google and I found matching images online that confirmed this (sadly because the nuns moved out last year and the property is now up for sale). See comments below.
