The section of the Duck Brook Bridge road is closed to traffic on the West Street Extention end so you will have to bike or hike to it, or drive along route 233 - the Eagle Lake Road and take your first right after passing under the arched stone bridge. Directly across from a small building you will see a road leading up to a water plant, this is not the road you want. A few car lengths before that road, in the tall brush and grass, look for an old chain that blocks whats left of the road up the hill - it is over grown but you can still tell where the road goes. Follow it up a ways and you come to the water tower. The Great Hill Water Tower is located on the Duck Brook Bridge Road, just before Duck Brook Bridge.
