I am a user of AdvisorLogic for Wealth Management in the Financial Services sector and I do not represent any company. I am writing this letter in good intention and this is solely my own opinion. Please note my feedback and do not share my name with other people. User Experience: When I am uploading huge number of files for the same client e.g. 20 files, I need to click 20 times to select for "Category", 20 times to select for "Sub-Category" and 20 times to select for "Client Category". The result being that I have to click 60 times to upload 20 files which is extremely inefficient. If your staff are working unproductively, would it be unprofitable as it wastes their time and would in turn adversely impact your profits? Would you please implement a dropdown box to allow ALL files to file under a single category option with a single click or selection? In other words, a single selection of "XXX Category" applies to all files (optional) instead of selecting "XXX Category" 20 times. Notwithstanding significantly improving the productivity of every single user over the lifespan of the AdvisorLogic brand; this is an opportunity to rectify a design flaw that may prove fatal to your business leading to customers’ attrition and loss of sales, profits and significant reduction of your management bonus. I humbly implore you to use the powers vested in you to spare 2 minutes to delegate this feedback to your assistant to fix this. You will be greatly rewarded through your powers of delegation with significant salary increments, max bonuses and huge promotion.
