When I was there for cholera in 1974, the city public health department was on the same street. Dad has a photo of Pinto Ribeiro in Dondi, Angola (interdenominational theological school) along with Ruth Lawrence (Dad's equivalent at the women's Methodist missionary organization, went with him on trips to Africa) and the Nordbys, so he may have worked there.
