| Keywords: Traps bacteria, dirt and leftover food particles in the crevices between the wooden planks of the table top. Difficulty in cleaning result in unnecessary increase in labour cost of cleaners. Cleaners' cost and untraceable health issues from diners (diarrhea or food poisoning) does not affect the Key Performance Indicators, Salary Increment, Bonus or Promotion prospect of Mall's Management or other decision makers. Making a big decision to change the table tops affect the current year end bonus payout and profitability of the mall due to "unnecessary" expenditure. Nothing could be done. What could new malls from developing countries learn from this observation to improve the health, profits and productivity of the nation in order to compete with developed countries? I would lose my job for escalating this observation in an attempt to incite action for the benefit of Australian citizens when i am simply an immigrant? Another attempt to incite action is to post that an infected Ebola patient would cough the virus into the crevice and that would spread to other middle to upper class citizen with the financial power to pay for train ticket to the city and spend money in the mall?
